“We had to pick the glue off the drive wheel teeth with our fingers which used to take ages (as we have three Gerber machines) as a lady operator I particularly disliked it! But after we purchased the sprocket cleaner I can honestly say we have never had any vinyl jump the sprocket wheels. Cleaning the wheels now takes a fraction of the time and ruined print/cut work is a thing of the past for us. Over time, this has saved us a small fortune in lost time and material and continues to do so” .

Are you running sprocket-fed vinyl plotters and printers?
Lost any print/cut jobs because the vinyl has “jumped” the sprocket wheels?
AT LAST! A SIMPLE DEVICE THAT SAVES YOU TIME AND MONEY.
(patented)
For as long as sprocket-driven vinyl printers and plotters have been around, the age old problem of vinyl jumping the sprocket wheels due to the accumulation of adhesive around the sprocket teeth has persisted. It usually means that several metres of resin foil print work as well as the vinyl itself is irretrievably lost as you cannot rescue the work and resume printing from any given point. In the instance of vinyl plotters, the vinyl is usually damaged beyond repair and you have to start the job all over again!
This tool will fit all vinyl plotters and printers that utilise sprocket drive/carriage wheels with the industry standard sprocket teeth, including the Gerber range of machines (the tool is designed to accommodate the unique Gerber sprocket tooth pattern).
The cleaner tool is made from a single piece of steel and is totally maintenance-free: It never needs sharpening or lubricating and is virtually unbreakable. Every sign shop should have one!
