Managing Director
Julius Ladwig is an accomplished Divisional Research and Innovation Manager with 18 years experience in multinational food innovation. With an M.Sc in Physics he began his career in Unilever South Africa as the PC and Network manager in the company. Having established the function he moved into Marketing Services where his role was to challenge and improve the function. This experience led him to the UK to take up a role building a Consumer Science division in Unilever Research. This involved strategy and recruitment with strong leadership skills establishing, developing and motivating teams of scientists in 2 countries.
Key to his success are well developed analytical and problem solving skills. A belief in keeping the science relevant and business focused are central to his philosophy. With an ability for lateral thought, he is a good communicator and presenter, dedicated to high standards and teamwork.
